📋 Description

• Serve as the primary post-sale client-facing contact for a portfolio of key national accounts
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, goals, and competitive landscape
• Lead the strategic direction of client campaigns with a focus on business outcomes, performance
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams to maintain alignment on goals
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver additional value for clients and drive
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations tied to

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting digital media, key accounts, or national/strategic advertisers
• Familiarity with paid search, paid social, programmatic, or multi-channel campaigns
• Experience working within or supporting Home Services, Legal, QSR, or other performance-driven
• Strong understanding of how digital strategies and KPIs may differ based on industry, customer
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable, client-facing
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
