📋 Description

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a great customer experience
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and providing customers and team members with in-depth product
• Assisting with store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Administering returns/store credits and special orders
• Dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates
• Achieving daily sales objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience or equivalent retail store role
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter with consistent delivery of outstanding personalized retail service
• Open-minded and eager to learn and be part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired but not required)
