📋 Description

• Provide every customer with a great experience
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide in-depth information on product features and benefits
• Assist with all store operations including opening/closing procedures, returns/store credit
• Divide tasks amongst Sales Associates
• Achieve daily sales objectives as an essential sales leader
• Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and following merchandising plans

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience or equivalent retail role
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter with ability to deliver outstanding personalized retail experience
• Open mind and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest (strongly desired but not required)
