📋 Description

• Own end-to-end content strategy and governance for assigned function(s)
• Lead readiness planning for product launches and policy updates
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Ops, CX, Compliance
• Establish scalable content standards, IA, and governance frameworks
• Prepare frontline teams for launches; identify risks and mitigation plans
• Analyze metrics to identify patterns and drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years in knowledge management and content strategy
• Proven track record owning multiple complex functions end-to-end
• Deep knowledge management: governance, information architecture, lifecycle
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, CX, Compliance
• Executive-level communication; adaptable to granular ops and leadership narratives
• Active FINRA licenses where functionally necessary
