Conduct thorough risk assessments on all new Ezypay merchants (including KYC, AML, KYB, Peps
Perform ongoing Merchant Account audits to ensure compliance with external stakeholders and ensure
Assist with customer/merchant enquiries in the Taiwan market as required to ensure we meet relevant
Review and approve/ decline MDV (Maximum Debit Value) requests in line with company risk appetite

🎯 Requirements

A strong proficiency in English and Mandarin
Certification TABF or ACAMS, or other local Taiwan professional accreditation in Financial
Experience and understanding of Fintech operations (or similar environments) such as AML/KYC/KYB
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, manage workload and demonstrate working to deadlines
