Conduct onboarding review to ensure KYC requirements are fulfilled.
Analyze customer docs, activity patterns and transactions to detect suspicious activity.
Comply with regulatory standards and internal processes and procedures.
Identify clients posing higher risk due to red flags or high-risk triggers.
Resolve day-to-day issues during the CDD process and escalate complex challenges.
Manage caseload end-to-end in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

University degree
Proven experience in a KYC role and business client onboarding
Fluency in English
Articulate in both written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Suite
