📋 Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the ISO17025 accredited laboratory
  • Ensure samples are processed on time, safely, and to the right quality
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain integrity and compliance with Health and Safety
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to build and retain a winning team
  • Proactively lead technical and operational development to deliver business objectives and Customer
  • Ensure comprehensive procedures for contract review of all work received

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience managing a team in an ISO17025 accredited commercial laboratory setting
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Organic, inorganic technical and operational experience in commercial ISO 17025 environment
  • At least 5 years' people management experience in a commercial laboratory
  • Preferably 10 years' experience in a commercial laboratory with hands on analytical experience
