Laboratory Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard techniques
• Performs chemical analysis and calculates data
• Records and reports data to supervisor
• Performs routine instrument maintenance
• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility
• Aliquots and weighs samples, washes glassware

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field
• 3 years lab experience may substitute for degree
• Ability to use mathematical formulas
• Can work independently following instructions
• Ability to learn protocols in organic prep, GC, etc.
• Authorization to work in US without sponsorship
