Prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard analytical techniques according to
Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility
Performs routine lab tasks including preparation of samples, chemical analysis, calculating data
Performs routine instrument maintenance
Aliquots and weighs samples
Washes glassware

🎯 Requirements

BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree
Laboratory experience helpful
Ability to become trained and competent on complex instrumentation including gas chromatography
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Professional working proficiency in English
Willing to train offsite at the Richmond, VA Industrial Hygiene lab
