Laboratory Assistant / Technical Assistant (m/f/d) – Bioassay Department

📋 Description

• Performance of bioassays to determine the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals under GMP
• Performance of different types of bioassays such as proliferation, apoptosis, FACS, ADCC, and
• Aseptic work with cells in cell-based assays
• Work and documentation under GMP-compliant conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a BTA/MTA/CTA/biology lab technician or equivalent with hands-on laboratory
• Profound experience in the field of mammalian cell culture is a requirement
• Experience in handling multichannel pipettes, working in 96 well format, ELISA, FACS and PCR is an
• Experience working under GLP/GMP is an advantage
• Computer skills as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
