🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related
• Ability to accurately follow detailed written procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrates attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while consistently meeting
• Proven ability to work well with a team with little supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime, alternate shifts, weekends, or holidays as operational demands
