Launch Integration Engineer II

📋 Description

• Lead vehicle processing and checks at the launch site from receiving to launch.
• Develop and release build flows, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Support first article builds with repeatability and quality; develop scalable processes.
• Provide hands-on floor support, resolve issues in real time, drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test for part readiness and handoffs.
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing systems and tooling/ERP/MES workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or related field; 2+ years hardware build/test experience.
• Experience investigating hardware issues, resolving non-conformances, root cause analysis.
• Familiar with assembly/test procedures, including structural proof testing and leak checks.
• Interface across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams to ensure quality.
• Experience collaborating with technicians, engineers, and external vendors.
• Proficiency in CAD and basic design/test analysis for large-scale assemblies.
