📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end transformation in Order-to-Cash (OTC) by embedding AI automation, predictive
• Standardize and accelerate project timeline, ensuring seamless coordination between
• Document and maintain formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all AR workflows
• Act as operational lead for implementing agentic and non-agentic automation.
• Partner with technical teams to deploy Predictive Account Risk Engine, utilizing billing and
• Leverage Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and automated exception-handling tools to streamline

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive OTC/AR/FP&A experience in SaaS or technology sectors
• Hands-on proficiency in NetSuite, BillingPlatform, Zuora, and HighRadius
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-regional teams
• Experience analyzing complex financial data and building structured variance reports
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Finance, Sales, and Legal
• Experience leading teams through process changes in SOX-compliant environments
