Lead Analyst, Ad Forecasting & Inventory Yield

📋 Description

• Serve as primary DRI for end-to-end forecast reporting (demand, supply, yield)
• Own global demand forecasts and quarterly pacing; build scenario analysis tools
• Build analytical frameworks to measure forecast performance, risks, and opportunities
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Revenue Ops, Finance, Product on pricing/yield
• Identify and execute monetization improvements to boost profitability
• Own roadmap for scalable dashboards and automation priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in digital advertising, streaming/CTV, or related analytics
• Experience briefing Directors, VPs, and executives in high-growth media/tech
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Mentor junior analysts and delegate workstreams effectively
• SQL, data visualization, Excel modeling, and executive storytelling
• BI tools (Looker, Tableau) for dashboards and automation
