📋 Description

  • Mentor and guide a team of 5–7 analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, appropriate

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Health Administration, or a related field, or
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, government programs, data analysis, or a closely
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs and their applicable regulatory
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts and supporting the development of
  • Advanced proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, and business
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate

🎁 Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $120,000–$150,000 USD for New York, NY.
  • Annual base salary range of $110,400–$138,000 USD for Denver, CO.
  • Annual base salary range of $100,400–$125,500 USD for Charlotte, NC.
  • Hybrid working arrangement requiring approximately three days per week in the office.
  • Office locations available in New York City, Denver, CO, and the Charlotte, NC area.
  • Opportunity to contribute to healthcare operations supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange
