📋 Description

• Support business planning and execution across the company
• Lead executive reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Drive budgeting and forecasting with Finance
• Create high-impact analyses on complex questions
• Align stakeholders across Finance, GTM, Product, etc.
• Refine operating tools and scale operating model

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in IB, consulting, strategy, or business ops
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Interest in digital assets, capital markets, or DeFi
