Lead Analyst, SMS Remarketing

📋 Description

• Own End-to-End SMS Channel Ownership from strategy to execution and performance.
• Design and manage message program: audience segmentation, cadence, templates, flows, send calendar.
• Set direction for channel growth and input on remarketing strategy.
• Own SMS deliverability, registration health, throughput, sender reputation, and queue management.
• Monitor delivery issues and drive fixes with Engineering.
• Build monitoring for delivery health and opt-out rates to catch problems early.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SMS, messaging, lifecycle, or growth analytics with hands-on SMS ownership.
• Bachelor’s in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics or demonstrated analytical ability.
• Deep knowledge of SMS systems: carrier ecosystem, A2P/10DLC, deliverability, sending infra
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable querying large datasets (Snowflake a plus).
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing; measurable incrementality via holdouts/control
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate work and analytics.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $110,100 - $126,600 plus variable bonus, equity, and benefits.
