• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows and agents
• Develop and iterate on agent architectures and evaluation pipelines
• Set technical bar for code quality and project scoping

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years software engineering with production LLM applications
• Leadership experience in technical projects
• Experience with agent evaluation and monitoring systems
• Deep AI system component knowledge
• Strong coding in Python or TypeScript
• Excellent communication skills
