📋 Description

• Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture
• Lead discovery efforts to gather necessary information from clients and internal team members to
• Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure platform solutioning
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of 3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations completed
• 3 or more years of Hands On experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Familiarity with setup/application of common AJO tasks: Channel Configuration, Data Sources
• Familiarity with non-native activation, i.e., journey orchestration in AJO with customer
• Adobe Journey Optimizer certification preferred
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP and CJA strongly preferred
