• Execute against a clear automation roadmap and accelerate it.
• Move to CLI-driven, agentic development; reduce manual config.
• Build automations and AI agents across accounting, AP, tax, close.
• Implement close-management tooling (e.g., Ledge) with NetSuite connections.
• Extend NetSuite, Zip, and integration layer; define where logic lives.
• Work with accountants to map workflows to automation and earn trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance automation or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of controllership (accounting, AP, tax, close).
• Fast learner; adapt quickly to new tools and problems.
• Relentless automation and AI curiosity; built or tested agents.
• Hands-on builder; digs into config, scripting, integrations.
• Comfortable defining approach, architecture, and roadmap without a playbook.
