Lead Attorney, Injury

📋 Description

• Directly represent severely injured clients in pre-litigation negotiation, mediation, or trial.
• Partner with marketing team to workshop client-facing brand and differentiation.
• Work with product team to set standards for after-hours phone support and handle high-value cases.
• Own legal operations from end to end: selecting cases, setting case strategy, representing clients
• Manage a team of attorney and non-attorney professionals across intake and case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep personal injury experience at a plaintiff's firm, ideally across motor vehicle accidents and
• Experience representing clients through every stage of a case and taking cases to trial.
• Knowledge of legal operations at a plaintiff's firm and ideas for improvement.
• Experience supervising non-attorney professionals across intake, case management, and support.
• Resourceful team player ready for a scrappy startup environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people.
