Lead Behavior Technician Administrator

📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative supervision of behavior technicians (BTs) in the areas of
• Establish working relationship with all direct reports throughout the teammate lifecycle from
• Complete daily administration of BT time off management, BT callout management in conjunction with
• Complete and/or assist with audits for administrative or indirect time (weekly), meal and rest
• Ensure BTs have completed all compliance requirements including required clinical training through
• Responsible for the performance management of behavior technicians by providing and documenting

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports
• 2+ years of experience working with children/teens/adults in the delivery of ABA services
• Currently hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT)
• Can obtain safety training certification within 90 days of employment
• Possess and can maintain reliable and insured transportation (vehicle) and travel between 30-45
