Lead Bid Manager, UK&I (Public Sector technology)

📋 Description

• Translate win strategy into executable response architecture
• Lead proposal execution for UK and Ireland public-sector opportunities
• Manage proposal governance, milestones, compliance traceability, and submission readiness
• Write and edit proposal content for technical and non-technical evaluators
• Coach Proposal Managers and Specialists to improve execution quality
• Build relationships with Sales and technical leaders, monitor delivery health, identify support

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proposal, bid, tender, or comparable pursuit experience
• Strong UK public-sector tender experience
• Experience with major policing, blue-light/public safety, central government, defence/security
• Demonstrated experience leading responses with strict compliance and controlled submission
• Excellent proposal writing and editing skills with technical learning agility
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and handle constructive conflict
