Lead Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Contribute to and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet evolving business needs
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders — procurement leaders, category managers, finance
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the Power BI dashboard
• Support the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget, including scope
• Ensure requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner via the project's
• Effectively communicate plan, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a precise and timely

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Business Administration
• Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst — minimum 5+ years, with at least 1 years in a lead
• Proven track record of requirements elicitation, delivering BRDs, functional specifications, and
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes across cross-functional and
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Japanese
