📋 Description

• Act as an operational partner to business leadership, supporting planning, goal-setting, business
• Establish and maintain the business operating cadence, ensuring priorities, objectives, and
• Monitor key business metrics, prepare reporting, and provide leadership with actionable insights
• Improve partner onboarding and launch readiness by working with Solutions, Product, and Compliance
• Automate manual business processes using AI tools, scripts, and integrations, including partner
• Support the integration of new products and acquired businesses into established operating

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Business Operations (BizOps), Revenue Operations (RevOps)
• In-house experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or the cryptocurrency industry is
• Demonstrated ability to own processes end to end, from identifying operational problems and
• Strong versatility, with the ability to move between partner launch planning, business reporting
• A proactive, builder-oriented mindset, with experience using AI tools, scripts, or no-code
• Strong analytical skills, comfort working with business data, and rigorous attention to detail.
