🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within financial services.
• Strong understanding of programme management, change management, and business transformation
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead matrix teams.
• Experience managing complex budgets, regulatory change, and organisational transformation.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Programme management qualifications such as MSP, PgMP, or Agile Programme Management (desirable).
