📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Delivery organizations across the Americas to achieve financial and
• Collaborate with corporate finance and regional stakeholders on pricing, profit and loss (P&L)
• Ensure financial forecasts are accurate, complete, timely, and predictable
• Drive liquidity initiatives, including the escalation and resolution of collection and billing
• Lead and support complex commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure
• Develop negotiation strategies that maximize commercial value while maintaining strong stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in commercial negotiations, pricing, or related roles, preferably
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, methodologies, and commercial models
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex commercial deals
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and
