📋 Description

• Independently manage and drive complex commercial litigation matters from initial strategy through
• Develop case strategies, assess legal risks, and make sound tactical decisions throughout the
• Lead federal court matters, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and prepare high-quality briefs, motions, correspondence, and
• Manage communications and relationships with business clients, ensuring timely, clear, and
• Coordinate effectively with co-counsel and local counsel, including counsel supporting pro hac vice

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of commercial litigation experience with substantial responsibility for
• Strong experience practicing in federal courts, including motion practice, discovery, and case
• Demonstrated ability to independently run litigation matters and make strategic decisions with
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical reasoning, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial disputes, including breach of contract and civil fraud matters.
• Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing litigation
