Lead Consultant – Commodities

📋 Description

• Lead functional delivery for end-to-end CTRM/ETRM implementation, transformation, upgrade, or
• Drive discovery, requirements definition, fit-gap assessments, solution design, configuration
• Define functional scope, workstream plans, dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional designs aligned with standard
• Challenge requirements and proposed customisations to balance business needs, platform capability
• Manage functional dependencies across multiple workstreams, regions, commodities, and business

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in commodities trading technology, CTRM/ETRM consulting
• Proven experience leading functional workstreams or major delivery components within complex
• Strong understanding of physical and/or financial commodities trading and the end-to-end trade
• Hands-on experience with at least one established CTRM/ETRM platform, such as Openlink Endur
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements management, fit-gap analysis, functional solution design
• Experience coordinating multiple business and technology teams across implementation, integration
