Lead Data Analyst, Growth & Experimentation

📋 Description

• Own the Growth experimentation program, establishing rigorous standards for test design
• Identify underpowered tests, false positives, tracking issues, and attribution problems before they
• Extend the use of anytime-valid statistical monitoring across Growth experiments, ensuring early
• Develop and improve the self-service experimentation layer, including automated Growth metrics in
• Build and maintain a trusted acquisition-to-conversion funnel model covering visitors, leads, and
• Improve funnel instrumentation and data consistency across paid, organic, and partner acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in data analytics, experimentation, growth analytics, or a closely related
• Advanced statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, statistical power, sample-size
• Strong understanding of anytime-valid statistics or sequential testing methodologies, with the
• Expert-level SQL skills and practical Python proficiency, particularly for automating statistical
• Experience working with dbt and Lightdash, including building and maintaining analytical models and
• Familiarity with experiment instrumentation, including Segment events and Flagsmith randomization
