Lead Digital Producer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end digital production from early definition through launch across websites, campaign
• Translate digital strategy, business requirements, and creative ambition into clear production
• Partner closely with Digital Strategy and Site leads on roadmap execution, sequencing, feasibility
• Partner deeply with Design and UX to determine how creative ideas can be realized across responsive
• Evaluate platforms, vendors, and implementation approaches against business, creative, technical
• Bring working fluency across CMS environments, integrations/APIs, analytics and tracking

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital production, web production, creative technology
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, digital media or a related
• Demonstrated experience leading complex digital experiences end to end, including large websites
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to evaluate platforms, vendors, integrations, CMS
• Proven ability to lead highly cross-functional programs across Strategy, Design/UX, Engineering
• Strong strategic judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear
