📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of full-stack engineers, creating a high-performing environment with clear

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building backend or
• Strong experience designing, building, and operating high-scale distributed systems in production
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including asynchronous processing
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, transactions, and database
• Experience with event-driven or queue-based architectures such as SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
• Strong understanding of testing strategies, observability, monitoring, alerting, and production
