Lead Engineer/ Architect (.NET) - Industrial

📋 Description

• Design and write production code for core platform features, defining data models and APIs
• Lead distributed agile team, run sprints, mentor via 1:1s, code reviews, and pair programming
• Drive engineering excellence with TDD, CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design
• Champion AI integration and identify AI/ML opportunities in the IoT platform
• Resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges for high-scale deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering, 3+ in technical leadership
• Expert in C#, .NET (Framework & Core), SQL Server, ASP.NET Web API, React
• Architecting distributed systems with design patterns and message brokers (MQTT, RabbitMQ)
• Strong TDD mindset, unit/integration testing, CI/CD workflows
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Excellent communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders
