📋 Description

• Lead the Avionics Battery Test program for Terran R.
• Build lab infra, test strategy, and safety standards.
• Oversee HV battery bring-up and pack/cell tests.
• Own data systems turning tests into design feedback.
• Hire and grow a battery test team.
• Work across propulsion, GNC, fluids, and stage teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/chemical/aerospace or related).
• Extensive battery testing, validation, or energetics experience.
• Strong knowledge of battery physics and HV fundamentals.
• Experience defining/executing performance, durability, abuse tests.
• Hands-on with battery test equipment, cyclers, chambers, DAQ.
• HV bring-up, sensor instrumentation, test fixture design.
