Lead Entertainment Consultant, Tour Performance

📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day performance of active touring shows from booking through post-event
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Client Success, Marketing, Product, Operations
• Monitor concert lifecycle health and proactively identify opportunities or risks impacting show
• Ensure clients & promoters receive consistent communication and support throughout the touring
• Coordinate onsale readiness across internal and external stakeholders
• Support promoters and venue partners before, during, and after onsales

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in live entertainment, ticketing, touring, venue operations, or event
• Experience working directly with promoters, venues, booking agencies, or artist management
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent
• Experience using data and reporting to drive operational improvements
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities
