🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years aerospace experience
• Experience leading a team
• Proven mentorship track record
• Developmental testing experience: static, dynamic or cryogenic
• Demonstrated experience building and operating complex fluid or mechanical systems
• Ability to precisely plan and execute activities with minimal changes
