Lead Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner to GTM executives across Services, CS, Marketing, and Partners
• Lead financial modeling, capacity planning, and ops metrics for aligned departments
• Translate complex data into actionable strategies for non-finance leaders
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for headcount, discretionary spend, and variable
• Evaluate impact and ROI of headcount, GTM investments, tooling, and initiatives
• Build capacity/utilization models to align hiring with sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic or corporate finance
• At least 5 years supporting GTM orgs in B2B SaaS/tech
• 5+ years partnering with execs to align operations with finances
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or CFA a plus
• Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS unit economics and revenue recognition
• Advanced to elite Excel and modeling; build dynamic capacity/utilization models
