Lead Finance Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain finance data definitions, ownership, lineage, critical data elements, data
• Design and execute validation routines, reconciliations, exception monitoring, root-cause analysis
• Partner with control owners to design, document, operate, and improve SOX controls over finance
• Define finance data requirements and validation criteria for new or changed integrations
• Assess impacts of data and process changes, coordinate communications, training, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance data, accounting systems, financial systems analysis, data
• Strong understanding of accounting data flows and financial reporting requirements, including how
• Hands-on experience with finance data governance, including data definitions, ownership, lineage
• Experience designing, executing, or supporting SOX controls over financial systems, interfaces
• Advanced data validation and reconciliation skills, including SQL-based analysis and structured
• Experience with system integration and data transformation concepts, including source-to-target
