Lead FP&A Operations Specialist - Cash Flow Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Lead ongoing financial closing, reporting, and analysis activities in collaboration with business
• Drive a stronger cash management culture by improving data visibility and scaling centralized
• Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow forecasts
• Monitor cash flow performance against forecasts, investigate significant variances, and identify
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect relevant financial and operational data and
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools that support cash flow planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, Controllership, Cost
• Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models used to analyze business performance
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and the ability to interpret financial
• Experience managing budgets, comparing actual performance against forecasts, identifying variances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate financial data
