Lead, Ground Welding

📋 Description

• Proactively perform work according to procedures, specifications, and work instructions while
• Identify and set daily/weekly team priorities to accomplish company goals ensuring the work
• Work with engineering and leadership to develop and implement process improvements for reoccurring
• Work with leadership to develop and implement technical training classes, while being able to
• Ensure that all test stand related equipment maintenance and services are performed safely and in a
• Track and order common tooling needed for daily operations and perform ROI to justify purchases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a welder or Pipefitter
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted, stand for extended periods, and use industry
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical documents, and/or engineering drawings
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment (TIG, MIG, etc.)
• Experience and ability to perform part layout and fit-up
• This position will require occasional night shifts, weekends, and possible travel
