Lead Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Drive inventory accuracy by performing detailed counts, audits, and system updates to maintain
• Handle and move product safely by operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks, loading/unloading
• Maintain compliance by collecting, auditing, and filing all required documentation in line with
• Support wholesale fulfillment by picking, packaging, counting, and scanning orders to meet customer
• Lead and develop the team by assisting with scheduling, training, and mentoring inventory personnel
• Manage systems and consumables by maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP data, monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong mathematical abilities and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a physically demanding, hands-on environment
• Experience in order fulfillment (even better)
• Valid certification to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (even better)
