📋 Description

• Lead a Market Data and Trading Technology team within a financial institution
• Design and develop enterprise-grade, server-side Java applications for market data and trading
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, development, and implementation
• Mentor developers through code reviews and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, product teams, and technology stakeholders
• Contribute to system architecture, technical designs, and delivery planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of Core Java development (multithreading, concurrency, OOP, asynchronous/event-driven)
• Experience with Spring Boot and enterprise app development
• Experience with Apache Flink for batch/stream processing
• Experience building/integrating REST, GraphQL, RPC APIs
• Strong messaging/streaming experience (Kafka, JMS/ActiveMQ)
• Containerized apps with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar
