• Lead hands-on Java development for market data/trading tech
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, design and delivery
• Mentor peers via code reviews and design discussions
• Collaborate with traders, quants and product teams
• Define system architecture, designs, and implementation concepts
• Estimate work and support delivery planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years in Core Java, multi-threading, concurrency, OO design
• Built real-time data pipelines and pricing engines for fixed income trading
• Spring Boot and enterprise app development
• Apache Flink for batch/stream processing
• APIs: REST, GraphQL, RPC
• Messaging/streaming: Kafka, JMS/ActiveMQ, event-driven
