Lead Java Engineer

📋 Description

• Define, evolve, and own application and platform architecture, including service boundaries
• Lead architecture reviews and contribute to product roadmap decisions, balancing rapid delivery
• Evaluate and responsibly introduce new technologies while establishing engineering best practices
• Partner with engineering and product teams to solve complex technical challenges involving system
• Define technical strategies for multi-region global cloud deployments, with a focus on disaster
• Contribute to technology strategies that support regulated environments and applicable compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in senior
• Strong multi-stack technical expertise across Java/J2EE, relational databases such as Oracle and
• Experience working with modern frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js, with the ability to
• Proven experience leading software architecture and designing scalable, reliable systems with
• Hands-on experience operating global cloud environments at scale, including considerations around
