📋 Description

• Lead welding, fabrication, assembly for launch systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, weld procedures, specs.
• Support weld fit-up, inspection, rework, repairs.
• Coordinate work, priorities, materials, tools, equipment.
• Train welders and fabrication team members.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and launch operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with welding processes, fabrication techniques, and blueprint interpretation.
• At least 2 years welding or pipefitting experience.
• Experience leading welding, fabrication, or hands-on teams.
• Experience assigning work, coordinating priorities, and fabrication activities.
• Experience operating welding and metalworking equipment safely per procedures.
• Knowledge of welding codes, quality standards, inspection, and documentation.
