📋 Description

• Lead securities law and public reporting matters, coordinating with internal stakeholders and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant legal experience, including law firm experience advising US-listed
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to a US state bar.
• Prior in-house legal experience is an advantage, particularly within a publicly traded software
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex legal matters and cross-functional projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical legal
• Excellent judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate unfamiliar legal
