Lead, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Assembly (Fluid Systems)

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers building flight-ready mechanisms and sub-assemblies.
• Own a major mechanized assembly or integrated sub-assembly and guide from design to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across design, supply chain, and production.
• Guide workcenter development with focus on long-term goals, safety, and tooling.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience; BS in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
• Extensive experience drafting work instructions, mBOMs and technical procedures.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, production, and quality.
• Strong understanding of mechanism manufacturing and integrated mech/electrical/pneumatic assemblies.
• Experience driving projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
