📋 Description

• Develop and manage the comprehensive technical plan for Ripple's marketing web platform, ensuring
• Pioneer AI integration and workflow automation, architecting and deploying LLM-powered tools and
• Engineer experimentation and personalization infrastructure, empowering the Growth team to launch
• Compose and build robust data pipelines and integrations with the broader marketing technology
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, acting as the primary
• Define, promote, and enforce engineering guidelines, CI/CD optimizations, and system architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2+ years in a Staff, Lead, or
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript and React, specifically Next.js (App Router, Server Components)
• Applied AI experience and an AI-forward approach, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs
• Proven track record of building experimentation frameworks (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and
• Strong architectural understanding of the modern growth marketing stack, including Customer Data
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and
