🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in payroll administration, shared services, or operations.
• Strong payroll calculations, reconciliation, reporting, and adjustments.
• Hands-on with ADP, SAP Payroll, or similar systems.
• Solid knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and audits.
• Experience managing escalations and high-volume payroll support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, or related field.
