📋 Description

• Provide leadership and coordination for the NZ project management team and translate global PMO
• Coach and develop a Jnr Project Manager, ensuring high-quality PM practice
• Allocate or recommend project assignments based on capability and capacity
• Lead planning for workload balancing, succession, recruitment, and retention
• Maintain an integrated view of the NZ project portfolio, including risks, milestones, and
• Lead portfolio and resource reviews, escalating issues and recommending priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international setting
• Strong understanding of program governance, portfolio management, and resource planning
• Degree in a relevant discipline (BSc, MSc, MBA)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
• Experienced in leading, coaching, or developing project teams
